User Registration

First step to access CineForja:

  • Go to the registration page by clicking 'Register'
  • Fill in the form with your details: first name, surname, email and password
  • Click on Create account
  • You will receive a confirmation message

Email Verification

Activate your account:

  • Check your inbox (and the spam folder)
  • Search for the 'Email verification - CineForja' email
  • Click on the 'Verify Email' link
  • Important: The link expires in 24 hours
💡 Tip: If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us to resend it.

Sign in

Access your verified account:

  • Click on the user icon in the top right
  • Enter your email and password
  • Tick Remember me if you want to stay logged in
  • Click 'Log in'

App download

Get CineForja on your computer:

  • Go to the plans page and click 'Downgrade' on the free plan
  • You will be automatically redirected to the downloads area
  • Select the version you need (Windows, Mac, etc.)
  • Click 'Download' and save the file to your computer
  • Run the installer and follow the instructions

Website FAQ

Can I download my app again?
Absolutely. As long as your account is active, you can access the downloads area anytime. Keep your credentials safe.
What do I do if I don't receive the verification email?
First check the spam folder. If you still can't find it, log in and try to download - you will get a message to resend the verification email. If the problem persists, contact us via the contact form.
Can I change my password?
This feature is currently under development. If you need to change your password, contact us via the contact form with your details and we'll help you.
Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Yes, you can access the website from any device using your credentials. The free version allows installation on one device
What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes the basic script editor with professional formatting, PDF export, and essential features for scriptwriting. It's perfect for getting started and trying out CineForja.
How can I upgrade to a paid plan?
Paid options will be available soon. Meanwhile, enjoy all the free plan features and we''ll announce premium plans once they''re ready.
Is it safe to provide my data?
Absolutely. We use secure HTTPS connections and comply with data protection regulations. Your data is only used to manage your account and improve the service. We will never share it with third parties.
Does CineForja work on my operating system?
CineForja is currently available for Windows. Versions for macOS and Linux are in development. Check the downloads page for availability.
